I usually don’t write reviews but this clinic is outstanding. The staff greeted us and showed us the Kiosk to check-in, which I find fascinating, especially the fact that you don’t have to show anyone your ID and insurance card, everything is automated. Dr. Z was very informative he spent time explaining the cause and the treatment. I have been to many urgent care facilities in the past few years, this by far my favorite.

My last review was knocked offline so to finish my Xrays were done, diagnosed, I was almost pain-free, prescriptions were given to me and I walked out feeling fantastic. Dr. Haugh was superb, Nurse Jessica was great, all the assistants were super. WOW, what a place. Better than any ER I have been to. I was told exactly what was wrong with me and what to do in the following days. Great experience. We as Virdian residents are fortunate to have them as our nearest health provider. Dr. Haugh did his residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Parkland Hospital so those are stupendous credentials. The Doctors are MD’S but they are highly complementary of DO’S also.

Best urgent care experience so far. In our 5 years living in Texas, from San Antonio, Houston and then here, after 3 children, this was by far the amazing experience with urgent care. Staffs was so attentive to our needs, very courtesy, lovely decor, no long wait, they have this cool thing that scans your DL so you don’t need to fill up bunch of document when checking in, best part was they offered a box full of small toys to small children (lovely experience for my daughter who really don’t like doctor visit). Will definitely come back when we need urgent care service. We’re in the neighborhood so fortunate having this urgent care in the area. Keep up the good work!

I arrived prior to my scheduled time (so great that you can book an appointment online) and was greeted quickly. I spent roughly thirty minutes getting vitals and diagnosis and was pleased with the care the physician took to communicate with me. I wasn’t rushed nor did I wait long at all to be seen. This will be my go-to facility for future needs. And, I’ll definitely be getting the flu shot next year! Thanks for taking care of me so quickly!

Usually go to Care Now because they were the only option I knew of…will never go there again. Walked into Urgentology, and in about 7 minutes, including signing in & insurance verification, etc, they took us back. Never waited less than 2 hours at Care Now, almost always 3! Urgentology is clean, receptionist was nice & quick, & our nurse was SUPER SWEET. Tests were done quickly, doc came in, talked to my kid, ordered meds, got her shot & we were out the door! Best ever visit for strep! LOL! Thanks so much, you guys, ya’ll are awesome!!

Our son came down with a really high temperature over the weekend, so instead of waiting to go to his regular pediatrician we visited Urgentology. The clinic is absolutely beautiful (bright, clean, modern with a fridge with bottled water in the waiting room!) and the staff is really friendly and kind! They did all the tests really quickly and explained to us what was going on. Honestly, I feel like we probably got better service here than we get at our regular pediatrician’s office of 11 years. I am not much of a “review writer” normally but these guys were so great that I actually pulled out my phone to make sure to share my experience with the world. 🙂 Next time you need urgent care, use these guys! You won’t be disappointed!

This afternoon I used Urgentology Care for a small cut I inflicted upon myself while cooking dinner. The Staff was very attentive and helpful. Urgentology has been open only a week and are very conveniently located on Collins (FM157) across from Viridian in the new Medical Office complex. Hopefully I won’t need their services but if needed it it's nice to know they are close by.
